SHIPPING

We ship internationally, with our primary market being Europe.

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier services. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Home Wovena is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect address information.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.


RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Show no signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you request a return because:

  • You changed your mind;
  • You ordered the wrong item;
  • You no longer want the product;
  • The product has no manufacturing defect;

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the return is approved because:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect;
  • The wrong item was shipped;
  • The product was damaged during transit due to our responsibility;

Home Wovena will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.


REFUNDS

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by applicable law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without their original packaging.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the packaging.
  • A description of the issue.
