Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy seasons, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Destinations

HomeWovena proudly ships from Türkiye to selected countries across Europe.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Courier delays
  • Unexpected transportation issues

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HomeWovena has no control over customs procedures or additional government fees.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied, please review the following return conditions.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Be unused and undamaged.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories and tags.
  • Be in resalable condition.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Products showing signs of excessive use
  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is requested because:

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong product
  • You no longer want the item
  • The product does not meet your personal expectations (without any defect)

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Since our products are shipped internationally from Türkiye, return shipping costs are not covered by HomeWovena unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective due to a manufacturing fault
  • Incorrect because of our mistake

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, HomeWovena will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement product
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • Coverage of return shipping costs, where applicable

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
