1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, labels, and tags.
- Show no signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Products that have been washed, altered, or used.
- Items returned without their original packaging.

3. Manufacturing Defects & Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A product with a manufacturing defect.
- An item damaged during shipping.
- An incorrect product due to our error.

4. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a product because:
- You changed your mind.
- You ordered the wrong item.
- The product does not meet your personal preference.
- You no longer need the item.
You may request a return within the eligible return period.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
As HomeWovena ships internationally from Türkiye, return shipping fees for non-defective products are not reimbursed.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as HomeWovena cannot be responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
