Distance Sales Agreement

By placing an order, the customer ("Buyer", "you") acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below.

We make every effort to ensure all information is accurate. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or the natural characteristics of handmade materials.


4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the selected currency.

Shipping costs, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated.


5. Payment

Payment must be completed before the order is processed.

6. Shipping

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the product is defective, damaged during shipment, or an error was made by HomeWovena, return shipping costs will be covered by us.


10. Damaged Products

If the package arrives damaged, customers should notify both the courier and HomeWovena immediately.

Claims submitted long after delivery may not be eligible for compensation.


11. Limitation of Liability

HomeWovena shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • transportation disruptions
  • strikes
  • governmental restrictions

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Seller's place of business, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of the Buyer's country provide otherwise.

Nothing in this Agreement limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
